The primary objective at this magnificent property was to resolve a problem of water ingress to the basement flat. Works involved waterproofing with mastic asphalt and replacing the main entrance staircase with new bespoke York stone steps, thereby resolving the problem and greatly improving the appearance of the front entrance.
