Grange carried out a full restoration to the front and rear of this block which involved renewing the front glass curtain wall with toughened glass and new framework. Extensive timber repairs were carried out to windows and balustrades, asphalt roofs were re-painted in Solar reflective paint and full redecoration to Dulux specification was undertaken.
