Our brief was to carry out a full restoration to the front and rear, including repairs to the stucco elevations and timber repairs to the sash windows. Welsh slates were applied to the pitched roof and front mansard, while the flat roof and penthouse balcony were stripped and replaced with new mastic asphalt coverings.
