Grange carried out a complete external restoration of this Grade II listed building, which included two large light wells, the external elevations to Oval Road & Jamestown Road were rendered with up to date Knauf Marmorit materials, windows and external walls to the light wells were decorated, existing roof coverings painted with solar reflective paint and a new front entrance sign board fitted.
